Terms Of Service
• Payment will be paid in full upfront.
• The sketch will be sent after the payment.
• Commissioner can request WiP at any part of the process.
• Due to the artist's backlog/schedule, faster completion or deadlines may require extra fees.
• Large and resized versions of the artwork are sent after completion.
• The artist may post the finished artwork, as well as the commissioner WITH CREDIT
• Layered files and PSDs are included for copyright commissions only
• Commissioner cannot post the fullsize drawing publicly.
• Once the picture is finished, small changes like color adjustments / adding small details (or fixing mistakes) could be done for free.
• Any large changes (e.g., clothing changes, pose, setting) will be charged extra. Please ensure the initial description is accurate.
• Commissioner may not resell the artwork (except copyright commissions) or claim to have made it
• Commisioner can not edit artwork themselves. They can not use artwork in ways not approved by the artist.
• Commisioner can not put artwork or any provided WIPS (Sketch, fully rendered piece, etc.) Into AI for ANY purposes.
• Unless purshasing commerial rights, Artwork cannot be used to promote ones work (Using as video thumbnails, In videos, promotional posts and or banners, etc.)
• Private artwork or withholding the artist from posting may cost extra
• The purchase is for digital artwork (not prints)
• No refunds are offered
• Commissioner/Artist may not share/release each other's personal/contact details with third parties, or contact each other if not for business purposes.
PAYING FOR THE INVOICE MEANS THE COMMISSIONER ACCEPTS THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
